    Terms and conditions (Studio Rules)

    1. Fees ar not refundable unless the Artinuum Academy cancels the class for any reason.
    2. Fees ar neither transferable nor reimbursable.
    3. Students are not allowed to photograph the instructors, helpers or models. You may not photograph other students or their work without their prior permission.
    4. You may not record instructor’s  demos with camera, smart phone or other electronic recording equipment unless expressly permitted by the instructor. In any case, no recording shall ever be allowed to disrupt the class.
    5. All telephones and mobile devices must be switched off during class sessions, and must be put on silent mode when working in the studio with other students. Music devices are forbidden during class.
    6. Pay attention to the instructor all times. For that, do not carry headphones as you are requested to always be in learning mode. Listening to the instructor’s feedback to other students can be as helpful as if it were given directly to you.    
    7. We welcome diversity and it is imperative that everyone is respected regardless of origin, race, sex, age, sexual orientation, political or religious affiliation.
    8. Never touch the model or correct the models pose. Only the appointed instructor will do so when informed or pose adjustment is required.
    9. Do not harass anyone. If you have a disagreement with another person, you may take it up with the instructor for mediation after class. Disruption of classes due to disagreement between students is prohibited. Continued disruption will require to exclude the student from the class. If a physical fight for any reason should occur, we will be forced to call the police.
    10. Neither the Artinuum Academy its affiliates nor any of the instructors or their assigns is liable for:
      i) ​​Any injuries or health problems sustained by the studies before, during or after the class. Students are advised to obtain an appropriate health insurance.
      ii)       Any and all stolen property at the atelier. Watch your belongings all times.
    11. Smoking is only allowed at the designated areas. If unsure, please check with the instructor. In any case, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the building.
    12. The use and/or possession of illegal drugs is prohibited inside the building and the class.
    13. Seating arrangements and work space is assigned by first-come-first-serve.
    14. Keep private conversations outside the class as they disrupt the learning.
    15. Students shall be at their easels before the model takes the stand.
    16. Late-comers shall wait until the next break before rejoining the class.
    17. Tea, coffee and water is provided during class but all students are responsible to keep the entire workspace clean and safe.
    18. It is not allowed to eat inside the studio.
    19. Pets are not allowed inside the studio.
    20. Do not bring smelly turpentines into the studio. Please use low-odor solvents.
    21. Treat all studio equipment with care.
    22. Anyone who is not a registered participant shall be excluded from the training. Permission to enter the studio is only given by the instructor.
    23. The instructors provide procedure, activities and break length. They are available for any questions. Please follow their instructions.

    Important Information

    The minimum number of participants is 5 people. If the minimum number of participants is not reached by 28th August 2018, all registered participants will be informed. In this case, the studio will be canceled and the course fee refunded.

    After successful online registration confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the participant with payment instructions. All further information, such as material list and hotel recommendations will be sent after payment of the total amount by e-mail.

    If the invoice amount is not received within the payment period, the registration is invalid. Cancellation and refund after confirmed registration is no longer possible after 28th August 2018.

    The Artinuum Academy reserves the right to exchange tutors and venue. The studio participants have to adhere to the studio rules and accept them with their registration.
