Gedicht im Bild - The Poem in the Picture

Seit einem Jahr betreue ich jede Woche eine Aquarellisten-Gruppe in Hamburg, entwickle Themen, arbeite mit dem Team an technischen Malmethoden und bringe neue Ideen und Ansätze mit, die wir gemeinsam diskutieren und testen.

Zu Beginn dieses Jahres war unser großes Thema die bildliche Interpretation von Lyrik.  Im Verlauf dieses Prozesses sind Bilder entstanden, die wir in einer Ausstellung zusammengefasst haben. 

Ich freue mich sehr, dass ich mit der Organisation dieser Ausstellung die teilnehmenden Künstlern und Künstlerinnen ein Podium organisieren konnte, ihre Werke dem öffentlichen Publikum zu präsentieren und bin froh, den gesamten Weg dorthin begleitet zu haben.

Die Ausstellung ist im Kaffeehaus Tayas in der Papenhuder Straße 36, 22087 Hamburg bis 10. Mai 2019 zu besichtigen.

For about year now I have the pleasure of looking after a watercolorist group in Hamburg every week, developing topics, working with the team on technical painting methods and bringing on new ideas and approaches that we discuss and explore together.

​At the beginning of this year our big topic was the pictorial interpretation of poetry. In the course of this process paintings were made which we now have composed into an exhibition.

I am delighted that with the organisation of this exhibition I have been able to provide a podium for the participating artists, to show their works to the public and I am glad to have been been part of this entire journey.

The exhibition can be visited at the TAYAS Kaffeehaus at Papenhuder Straße 36, 22087 Hamburg until May 10, 2019.
