Live changes constantly and with that I am glad and honoured that my painting "The Fish Pond" won the Colors of Humanity Art Competition as "Best of Show". This award is making me very proud and thankful as I see it lined up with so many other exquisite artworks that were honoured in this competition. Congratulations to all who have participated!
"The Fish Pond" is going to be the cover for this month's competition an the Colors of Humanity Art Gallery's website and I would like to thank the gallery owner Janelle Cogan for her interview and the featurette.
100% of the Prize Award will be going into the funding of an open art event that I am planning to organize in 2017.
Time to celebrate and make a difference in the world!

Colours of humanity
It was a nice surprise to learn that one of my paintings has been selected into the November online art show of the Colors of Humanity Art Gallery.
This American gallery regularly features realist artwork on international level and is also supporting the Human Society (http://www.humanesociety.org) with monthly donations. This if find a very noble combination for that I am very proud of getting this opportunity.
Please visit www.colorsofhumanityartgallery.com on 1st November to see all artworks selected from artist coming from 13 different countries.
Have a great weekend!

Thank you Santorini Biennale 2016!
A beautiful series of terrific art events de toutes couleurs over the summer will find its climax in tonight's closing ceremony of the 3rd International Biennale of Santorini in Greece.
The Biennale was an excellent platform for me to show a new side of my work but also to connect with the public, make new friends and have interesting encounters and discussions. Thank you to the visitors an the organizers for the great job!
For tonight I wish especially Kikos and Gregory a smashing final and hope they don't forget that some artists are already keen on knowing the inspirational theme of the next Biennale.
Looking forward to some visual highlights from the closing night with the Jazz-Opera event I wish every participant, and artist much success in the future.
All the best, E xxx

Had a great time visiting the Viehof collection in Hamburg last weekend and was absolutely passionate to go and see the dream-stuck works of Neo Rauch. Quality, talent, techniques, creativity and depth - in his paintings all go hand in hand.
