Chiaroscuro

I am currently in a two weeks classical drawing atelier at the Chiaroscuro School of Art in Miami, Florida. I am learning from Elkin Cañas and Carlos Martinez León, both two outstanding realist artists with great personalities. During last week I was focussing on precision, measuring and form while doing pencil drawings. This is one of the pieces I was working on.

I should say that I really love the welcoming working atmosphere of creativity and skills in this fantastic studio. Extremely talented and highly motivated students and teachers are up every day to push the boundaries to be able to create new timeless masterpieces.
This is simply a great great experience!!!
