3/7/2019 0 Comments Do you pause for a break? These days many friends ask about my plans for summer holidays and tell me that with beginning of July everything is slowing down a bit as most of us looking for a break from work. In fact, July for me is the opposite. I was working hard to empty out this month and not taking any commitments for work or travelling so that I will have some space to go back to my studio and work with no time-boundaries throughout this month on paintings that I started, realising ideas, and get down with the kids on a major painting topic I really like to work on. I know this month will be flying and the first week is nearly over and still fiddling with one commission to be finished and that one is kind of sticky to the easel. But I play holy with levels of quality for all my commissions and rather do an extra tour before signing it off. Hence, I get up early and work this day to actually wave off this landscape biggy at the end of the day and then zone into my very own creative world. I am planning to post on Instagram some glimpses into my secret garden studio however knowing me I am not going to be too wordy about the process until I call it to be anywhere near to completion. In the meantime I look forward to be surprised by learning about your summer adventures. Today is a great day! Enjoy every minute of it! E.
