Juno's gaze

​The Roman goddess Juno was the wife of Zeus. At a time when Zeus lusted after Io, a beautiful mortal woman, he surrounded himself with clouds to hide from Juno's gaze. However, being a very powerful goddess herself Juno was able of seeing through clouds and would discover what was going on.

Today, the NASA spacecraft Juno probe successfully entered the planet Jupiter’s orbit after an amazing journey of 5 years traveling from Earth and a dangerous decent into Jupiter’s radiation belt. 

I hope for exciting information and pictures sent to Earth during the next months while Juno is orbiting the giant planet, seeing through the clouds deep into Jupiter’s atmosphere and discover what is going on.
