Picking up the pencil

Drawing for me is the basis of any good painting and thinking back of my time in the UK I really did enjoy human figure drawing sessions at Heatherley's and the Queensgate Studios. I discovered the Honigfabrik in Hamburg, a place for all kinds of art and cultural that offers old school drawing sessions with changing models. I had fun studying the quick 2-minutes-poses and was actually quite stunned by the patience and skills every one put into it. So, I might be going more often ;-D
